With over a decade of experience in merchandise operations management within the live entertainment industry, I have a proven track record of successfully managing multi-million dollar merchandise properties. My diverse background also includes a strong IT foundation, offering a unique combination of skills that blend merchandise operations and technology.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with high-profile productions like ‘Wicked’, ‘The Book Of Mormon’, and ‘Shrek The Musical’, overseeing daily operations and developing robust merchandising strategies. Furthermore, my contributions extend to royalty reporting, where I have utilized my proficiency in data manipulation and reporting to drive efficiency.
In addition to my core roles, I am an active self-starter managing two WooCommerce websites and multiple blogs. From VPS administration to content creation and SEO optimization, I’ve honed my skills in managing digital platforms.
I bring a strong technical acumen to the table, being well-versed in Windows, Mac, Linux systems, and possessing a basic understanding of programming. I have extensive eCommerce experience with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and WooCommerce, coupled with knowledge in Google Drive, Analytics, SEO, and minor exposure to Google Ads.
